Returns & Exchanges

At DOAF., we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are intact to maintain eligibility.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
